About Creative Home Staging & Design

Cathy Hartman is the owner and operator of Creative Home Staging® & Design and is also a Realtor. She is also the founder of the NJ Chapter for the International Association of Home Staging Professional (IAHSP). She is the only Master Accredited Staging® Professional (ASPM) in the state of NJ and the first in our entire tri-state area. She has a natural instinct to leave a room in better shape, than it was in when she arrived.

Cathy trained Under Barb Schwarz the creator and pioneer of the Staging® Concept. Prior to working as an ASPM Cathy served in the United States Air Force during Operation Enduring Freedom as an Intelligence Analyst. Upon leaving the military she decided that she really enjoyed her prior job working with a real estate investor as a project design manager which led her to her true love of home staging® and design and real estate.

Cathy was born and raised in Philadelphia, and has been living in New Jersey since 1982. She has experienced many cultures thru her extensive travel throughout the United States and Abroad. She has seen many unique styles and fashions when it comes to decorating. These experiences have enhanced her ability to visualize exceptional home staging® and design concepts.

Cathy loves helping each of her clients with her extensive knowledge and experience with real estate and staging. She is a true professional and expert when it comes  to real estate and staging a home for top dollar or to reorganize and design a home for better living and enjoyment of the homes beauty. She believes in providing excellent Home Staging® services to realtors, sellers and homeowners through the values of integrity, honesty and the Staging® skills that she has learned through her ASP Master designation. She loves what she does and truly enjoys helping others through her profession! Staging® just comes naturally with out even thinking about it.
