My services include real estate and home staging®; home staging is the process of preparing a home for sale, using a proven professional set of guidelines. Other services I offer are de-clutter and organization, interior redesign and one day make-overs.

Today’s market is stabalizing and property is not selling as quickly as it has in the past several years. Which is why you may be asking yourself then why in the world would I not stage a home? Isn’t the idea to get TOP DOLLAR for your home/client? When getting top dollar for your home/client doesn’t that make your commission go up and this in turn makes more profit for the sales totals for your entire office. In most cases “staging a home costs less than your first price reduction.”

Studies show: that houses that are staged® are on the market for an average of 13.9 days. Homes that have not been staged® are on the market for an average of 30.9 days. The Average amount earned over list price on staged homes is 6.3%, and homes that haven’t been staged earn only 1.6% over list price. This study shows you one of the benefits of staging® a home. Other benefits are that staged® homes look better and sell faster and for more money in most markets.

The important thing is that staging® makes your listings look great and sell quickly with the greatest amount of profit and the least amount of effort on your part, because I know just how hard you have to work to earn your commission. My job is to make your clients house sell itself, your job is to educate your clients about the benefits of staging® and to actively use Professional Accredited Stagers such as myself.

I am an ASPM. I studied and trained under Barb Schwarz, the pioneer and creator of the Staging® concept. An Accredited Staging® Professional Master™ is the highest nationally recognized accreditation for home Staging®.
